Skydance Reveals New Story Details on THE WALKING DEAD: SAINT & SINNERS in the Latest Trailer

The Walking Dead: Saint & Sinners is right around the corner, so it's not really surprising that we learn more details on the VR title with each passing day — as a new extended trailer shines a light on the upcoming action-RPG's main storyline.
In the Saint & Sinners universe, New Orleans is at war. Just in like every other project set in the Walking Dead world, the living are fighting not only with the zombiefied population of the US, but also other survivors — who are usually even more dangerous than the dead. Your main mission is simple: solving a mystery that could turn the tide of the war between human factions.
Quite surprisingly, Saint & Sinners is not a shooter or survival game, but rather a full-blown role-playing title.
According to Skydance Interactive, the player will be able to court favour with the factions — but noting will stop you from pitching them against each other for personal gain.
The in-game New Orleans is the playground of two clashing factions: the Tower and the Reclaimed. While the Tower is all about the rule of their law, the other faction believes that living in a new world free of the rules of the past is the right direction — so it will be up to you to choose between safety and freedom.
With the Oculus Rift-exclusive video game (at least for the time being) finally releasing on the 23rd of January, be sure to learn more about Saint & Sinners' main heroes and villains in the trailer down below:
Saints & Sinners is a game unlike any other in The Walking Dead universe. Every challenge you face and decision you make is driven by YOU. Fight the undead, scavenge through the flooded ruins of New Orleans, and face gut-wrenching choices for you and the other survivors. Live The Walking Dead's dark drama in your own skin.
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners is set for a PC release on Oculus Rift on January 23, 2020.
