You Can Help Save Australia's Wildlife by Purchasing a Copy of KAO THE KANGAROO: ROUND 2
Mechanic: Bartosz Sobczak
Australia faces a nationwide bushfire emergency and it doesn't look like the situation is getting any better, with almost 500 million animals killed and hundreds of thousands of people forced to evacuate as the result of the worst wildfires seen in decades.
Perhaps you've already donated to one of the organisations or initiatives that are dealing with the fallout of the fires, but we deeply believe that putting the spotlight on Tate Multimedia's latest charity won't hurt.
Publisher Tate Multimedia has launched a special "Help to save Kao’s home!" campaign to support fire and animal relief efforts. To make it simple, if you purchase a Steam copy of Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2 — which is currently priced at $1,99 — your money will be transferred to WIRES — Australia's largest wildlife rescue organisation — to "ensure future generations will get to see wildlife in the wild."
Be sure to learn how your small donation can help save lives in Australia — home to millions of living organisms — in the Polish team's official press release down below:
At the very moment, the whole world is watching Australia suffer due to the unprecedented, disastrous bushfire activity.
We want to unite with Australia in this especially difficult hour as it is really hard to stay idly and watch this catastrophe. We feel obliged to help, as Australia with its wildlife is the motherland of Kao the Kangaroo. From January 9th until January 19th, 2020 all the profit (100%) from sales of Kao the Kangaroo: Round 2 on Steam will be donated to the WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.). The sales report and the wire transfer confirmation will be openly available afterward. It is a great feeling to start the new year with a good deed on your account! Please, help us to spread the word #Kao4Australia.
