It looks like Kojima Productions' long-awaited surprise has just been revealed by publisher 505 Games, as last year's hit Death Stranding is officially coming to PC on June 2, 2020, and will be available on both Steam and the Epic Games Store.
As revealed by the team at 505 Games, the PC version of Death Stranding will feature the following bonuses:
- Photo Mode
- High frame rate
- Ultra-wide monitor support
- Content from Valve’s iconic franchise, Half-Life.
That's not all, as 505 Games celebrates the announcement with a free giveaway, allowing you to download "a selection of mobile wallpapers and ringtones" from the Italian publisher's official website right now.
"Let us take this opportunity to thank this incredible community for their support since we announced the PC edition of Death Stranding last year," the studio said in a note to fans. "The response has been overwhelming and we’re super grateful for the support you’ve shown us across our social channels. Today is a super exciting day for the team and we hope you guys feel the same way too."
While Sony has not confirmed this information just yet, chances are that Death Stranding won't even be the only PlayStation 4–exclusive title that will be released this year onto PC, as 2017's Horizon: Zero Dawn is reportedly on the way to PC as well, and will possibly be published by the Japanese company itself.
With Death Stranding on PC launching this June, take a closer look at the port in the video down below:
