The Roller Champions closed alpha is now available on PC, but if you're not one of those lucky players who were selected by Ubisoft to participate in the ongoing test, the company has released over an hour of pure gameplay footage from the sports game.
Since the Ubisoft Montreal–developed game's announcement at E3 2019, Roller Champions has evolved in many ways. According to Ubisoft, the title features new gameplay mechanics, such as the air tackle, extended tackle, and team grapple — and the video down below does a pretty good job spotlight them all.
As a reminder, Roller Champions will launch on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, and mobile devices in 2020.
Although the beta will officially end of the 23rd of March, it's safe to say that it won't be the last chance to play the Rocket League-esque production ahead of its (hopefully successful) debut later this year.
Take a look at over an hour of never-before-seen gameplay footage from Roller Champions right now:
Roller Champions is a free-to-play, skill-based, team PvP sports game – the next "must-play" competitive online experience. Welcome to 2029. Roller Champions arenas are built all over the world and fans rush to the stands to admire their modern-day heroes, the Roller Champions. They roll up to 100 miles an hour, dash into opponents with visceral impact, wall-skate to the sky, and dunk while thousands of fans scream their names.
Roller Champions is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile devices in 2020.
