Capcom Releases RESIDENT EVIL 3 Recap Trailer to Help Newcomers Understand the Remake's Story

Considering that the fast-approaching reimagining of Resident Evil 3 serves as a sequel (and also a prequel [so it's technically an interquel]) to last year's Resident Evil 2, some players may have a hard time understanding what's actually going in the game.
To help newcomers feel more comfortable as they prepare to venture into the completely ruined (and quite zombiefied) Raccoon City, Capcom has shared online a special video that briefly covers the most important events of the first three titles in the series — namely, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2.
As a friendly reminder, the game's "Raccoon City" demo is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC.
Although Resident Evil 3 is based on the classic 1999 original, those who have already had the chance to play it should also look forward to the upcoming production, as it features not only all-new story beats, locations and character designs, but also never-before-seen enemies and gameplay mechanics (like dodging).
Without further ado, take a closer look at the brand-new "Raccoon City Incident Report" trailer down below:
Experience Jill Valentine’s encounter with the unrelenting Nemesis in this survival-horror classic remade from the ground up. It also includes Resident Evil Resistance, a new 1 vs 4 asymmetrical online multiplayer game set in the Resident Evil universe. Cooperate as one of four Survivors or as a twisted Mastermind attempting to stop them at every turn.
Resident Evil 3: Remake is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam) on April 3, 2020.
