Long-Delayed HELLPOINT Will Make Its Debut Later This Month; Masocore Game Shines in New Trailer

Cradle Games' Hellpoint finally has a new release date, as the highly anticipated masocore game will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam, GOG, and the EGS) on July 30.
Originally, Hellpoint was supposed to hit stores on April 16, but publisher tinyBuild has decided to delay the title to allow the developer to polish the new RPG at their own pace and from the safety of their own homes.
For those unfamiliar with Hellpoint, the fast-approaching production takes place on Irid Novo, a monster-infested space station soaked in an intoxicating dark sci-fi atmosphere. Just like Dead Space, Hellpoint will allow you to put your survival skills to the test and fight dreadful cosmic beasts and god-like creatures.
Thankfully, you won't be forced to embark on that dangerous journey alone, as Hellpoint will also give you a chance to play with a friend in local or online coop, which should make the fight at least a little bit easier.
Although Hellpoint is the Quebec City–based game developer's debut project, Cradle’s team members have had the chance to work on countless big-budget game series, including Assassin’s Creed, Skylanders, Prince of Persia, Spider-Man, and Rainbow Six. Without further ado, check out the title's new trailer down below:
Hellpoint is an intense action RPG taking place on Irid Novo, a derelict space station soaked in an intoxicating dark sci fi atmosphere. Fight dreadful creatures, face the Cosmic Gods and unravel their twisted story. Should the challenge be too great, play with a friend in local or online coop.
Hellpoint is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam, GOG, and the EGS) on July 30, 2020.
