Publisher Deep Silver has released a brand-new trailer for Iron Harvest, putting the spotlight on the Rusviet faction and their mechs that remain unmatched when it comes to heavy armor and close-quarter combat.
In the alternate reality of 1920+ — created by painter Jakub Różalski — Rusviet is "struggling to keep a constant flow of resources up and running" after the Great War. To stand a chance against two other in-game factions — the Saxony Empire & Polania Republic — the proud nation will have to find a way to fuel their huge war machines before it's too late and the forthcoming revolution consumes everything there is.
According to King Art, Iron Harvest tells the story of "an Rusviet Empire facing internal struggles while trying to maintain a dominant position on the battlefields. Close combat with heavy mechs or slow but [...] devastating artillery are to be balanced when players lead the Rusviet soldiers to the front."
Considering that Iron Harvest will make its long-awaited debut on the 1st of September, we will definitely learn a whole lot more about the forces of the Saxony Empire and Polanian Republic in the very near future.

At the dawn of the 20th century, shortly after the end of the Great War, the world is full of secrets and mysteries, of opportunities and challenges. Tradition clashes with scientific and technological progress, while Europe is still recovering from the brutal battles of the World War. Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game (RTS) set in the alternate reality of 1920+, just after the end of the Great War.
Iron Harvest is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam, GOG, and the EGS) on September 1, 2020.
