PlayWay Announces New Strategy Game About Japan's Most Feared Gang — YAKUZA EMPIRE
Mechanic: Bartosz Sobczak
Category: Turn-Based Strategy Games

It turns out that Ninja Simulator is not the only big game inspired by Japanese culture developer RockGame is working on, as publisher PlayWay has revealed the Warsaw-based team's next big thing — Yakuza Empire.
In the newly revealed turn-based strategy game, the player will take on the role of a feared clan's leader and direct its shady operations to the best of their abilities. Considering that your ruthless predecessor has been killed, your task will be quite dangerous — but avenging his death will still be a top priority for the oyabun.
According to the Polish studio, the upcoming PC-exclusive production will give you a unique chance to create your very own web of (deadly) shadows, as every member you've successfully recruited will bring something new to the table — but keep in mind that "the team is only as strong as its weakest link."
It's worth remembering that Yakuza Empire is not the only all-new PlayWay-publisher project set in a world ruled by crime groups, as CreativeForge Game's Phantom Doctrine 2: The Cabal was revealed back in July.
