CRASH BANDICOOT 4: IT'S ABOUT TIME Will Feature Flashback Levels Inspired by Original Trilogy

Activision has some great news for all fans of the long-running Crash Bandicoot franchise, as the upcoming sequel to 1998's Crash Bandicoot: Warped will give them a unique chance to take a trip down memory lane.
During yesterday's gamescom: Opening Night Live live event, Producer Lou Studdert revealed that Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will feature unique levels inspired by the original trilogy — Flashback Tapes.
According to Studdert, these new stages will serve as a prequel to the hero's first journey, putting players' skills to the test — as these puzzle rooms will be pretty challenging. Thankfully, if you manage to beat the odds without dying, you will be able embark on even more adventures alongside Crash & Dr. Neo Cortex.
For those unfamiliar with the creators of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, the colourful 3D platformer is being made by Toys for Bob (Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy) and Beenox (Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled).
With Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time launching on the 2nd of October, we will definitely learn a whole lot more about its core features in the coming weeks. In the meantime, check out its latest trailers down below:
