WARHAMMER AGE OF SIGMAR: STORM GROUND: Focus Home Interactive Announces New Turn-Based Strategy

It turns out that Necromunda: Underhive Wars is not the only big turn-based strategy game Focus Home Interactive is producing, as the French publisher has announced Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground.

The strategy game set in the Warhammer Age of Sigmar world is being created by Gasket Games, a young Vancouver-based developer. Their first major project will arrive on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC next year.

According to Focus Home, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground will give you a chance to assume the role of "the commander of one of the extraordinary factions of Warhammer Age of Sigmar – a dark [...] universe where immortal knights ride heavenly stardrakes to eradicate Death across a multitude of realms. This is Storm Ground, a world of legends, heroes, hellish creatures and fearsome battles."

It's probably worth remembering that Frontier Developments — the renowned makers of Elite Dangerous: Odyssey and Jurassic World Evolution —  are also working on their own video game based on the lore of Warhammer Age of Sigmar — but their real-time strategy will make it debut in 2022-2023 (at the earliest).
