Ubisoft Basically Confirms That PRINCE OF PERSIA REMAKE Will Be Announced Tomorrow
Ubisoft has shared a new teaser for the second Ubisoft Forward digital show, basically confirming that the highly anticipated remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time will be announced as soon as tomorrow.
Earlier today, the studio released a very short Instagram video focused on the games that will be shown off during the main event. Quite surprisingly, said teaser basically confirms that Prince of Persia Remake will be officially revealed in the very near future, as it features two fascinating images — one at the bottom of the screen and the other in the upper left corner — and fans of the franchise should instantly recognise magic fountains and the original's hardest environmental puzzle: activating the besieged palace's defence system.
According to industry insider Daniel Ahmad, the production definitely won't be available on Nintendo Switch and is not expected to hit stores in November, debunking some recent rumours floating around on the web.
As a friendly reminder, the next Ubisoft Forward digital event will take place on September 10 at 12PM PDT.
Obviously, Prince of Persia Remake won't be the only major video game showcased at tomorrow's event, as Ubisoft is also planning to reveal some all-new details about Watch Dogs Legion, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Roller Champions, and a never-before-seen title during the fast-approaching show.
