It's pretty shocking, but the full-blown remake of FromSoftware's groundbreaking masocore game is really coming to PS5 this November; allowing all fans of the original to fight for the future of Boletaria once again.
To make the painful wait a little bit easier to bear, Sony has released four never-before-seen screenshots for Demon's Souls, putting the spotlight on Bluepoint Games (Gravity Rush Remastered, Shadow of the Colossus) and SIE Japan Studio (The Last Guardian, Knack II)'s cutting-edge version of familiar locations and enemies.
It's probably worth remembering that the first big-budget PS5-exclusive production will be priced at $69.99.
Those who decide to purchase the game's Digital Deluxe Edition will get some unique gear and weapons, including the powerful Ritual Blade, Hoplite Shield, Ring of Longevity, Boletarian Royalty Armour, and more.
Without further ado, take a look at the unsettling beauty of Bluepoint's take on Demon's Souls down below:
From Japan Studio and Bluepoint Games comes a remake of the PlayStation classic, Demon’s Souls. In addition to beautiful shadow effects and ray tracing, players can choose between two graphics modes while playing: one focused on fidelity, and one focused on frame rate.
Demon's Souls is coming to PlayStation 5 on November 12, 2020.
