Henry Cavill's Geralt Sports New Armour in First Official Images From THE WITCHER Season 2
Although it's still not clear when the second season of Netflix's The Witcher will make its debut, its main star has shared two new images from the set, allowing us to take a closer look at Geralt of Rivia's all-new armour.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, The Witcher: S2 cast and crew were forced to stop production for nearly seven months. Thankfully, cameras have finally started rolling again on the upcoming second season.
Unfortunately for fans of showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich's take on Andrzej Sakowski's books, Netflix holds their cards close to the vest. Little is known of the project, but it's been confirmed that the second season will introduce plenty of beloved characters, including Vesemir (Kim Bodnia) and Eskel (Basil Eidenbenz).
Considering that the nonlinear chronology of the hit first season won't make a return in the continuation of Ciri's story, at least it's safe to say that the long-delayed show will be much easier to follow this time around.
Be sure to check out the aforementioned images shared by the Justice Leauge: Snyder Cut star down below:
