Freya Allan's Ciri and Anya Chalotra's Yennefer Step Into Spotlight in New THE WITCHER: Season 2 Photos

The team at Netflix has finally shared some brand-new photos from The Witcher: Season 2 set, allowing us to learn more about the future of Princess Cirilla (Freya Allan) and Yennefer of Vengerberg (Anya Chalotra).

According to the official synopsis, the second part of Geralt's small-screen adventures will shine a new light on his relationship with Ciri — who will have to learn to control her powers before it's too late — with the witcher coming to terms with the fact that Yennefer died during the Battle of Sodden — in his mind, at least.

Just a couple of days ago, the streaming giant revealed our first look at a never-before-seen armour Henry Cavill's (Justice League) enigmatic protagonist will don in the second season of the record-breaking TV show.

Although the upcoming season will remain focused on the trio's struggles, it will also introduce a bunch of popular heroes created by Andrzej Sapkowski, including Eskel (Basil Eidenbenz) and Vesemir (Kim Bodnia).

Without further ado, take a look at the latest photos from the filming of The Witcher: Season 2 down below:
