THE MEDIUM Is Officially Coming to Xbox Series S/X and PC on December 10; Priced at $49.99

Bloober Team has some truly fantastic news for all fans of the Cracow-based studio's previous works — such as Blair Witch and Observer — as The Medium will arrive on Xbox Series S/X and PC on December 10, 2020.

The Medium will be priced at $49.99 / €49.99. You will be able to purchase the PC version of the ambitious project on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is also coming to Xbox Game Pass at launch.

Developed by the Layers of Fear team, The Medium takes place mostly in an abandoned hotel somewhere deep in Poland under Soviet occupation. As the titular heroin, you will try to explore the ruined location and confront your fears — and maybe more importantly, face off with the terrible Maw (played by Troy Baker).

The Silent Hill successor won't be the next-gen system's launch title, but those who just can't get enough of Bloober Team's pulse-pounding games should keep an eye on Observer: System Redux — a cutting-edge version of the 2017 classic — which will be available for XS & PC on November 10 and PS5 on November 12.

Without further ado, take a closer look at the jaw-dropping release date reveal trailer for The Medium — inspired by Polish artist Zdzisław Beksiński's unsettling (yet strangely beautiful) paintings — down below:
