Publisher Devolver Digital has revealed that Serious Sam Collection will make its long-awaited console debut very, very soon, as the bundle will release for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One tomorrow, November 17.
The fast-approaching console port of Serious Sam Collection is currently priced at $29.99 and includes three critically acclaimed first-person shooters: Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, and Serious Sam 3: BFE (with two major expansions: The Legend of the Beast and Jewel of the Nile).
It's probably worth remembering that Croteam's Serious Sam Collection arrived on Google Stadia in March.
In other Serious Sam news, Devolver Digital has officially confirmed that they have purchased Croteam, the Zagreb-based video game developer responsible for the beloved Serious Sam and The Talos Principle series.
"A decade ago Devolver Digital was just getting started and looking for its first project to partner on in the emerging digital distribution world," the American publisher said. "Similarly, Croteam was on the search for a partner it could trust to help them bring their beloved franchise back to prominence with the upcoming Serious Sam 3. And like that, the next big Serious Sam game brought old partners back together and forged a decade of friendship and dedication," the fan-favourite Austin-based team added.
According to Devolver, Croteam is working on The Talos Principle 2, brand-new Serious Sam games, and an original title that's being developed by Croteam and its internal division, known as The Croteam Incubator.
