Fatshark's WARHAMMER 40,000: DARKTIDE Has Finally Received a Proper Gameplay Trailer

Stockholm-based video game developer and publisher Fatshark has shared an intense gameplay trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, their first-person shooter that can be played with up to 3 players in co-op.

Although the never-before-seen video doesn't reveal much about the production itself, it does confirm that shooting won't be the only way to get rid of foes, as Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will also allow gamers to kill the vile inhabitants of Atoma Prime with their own hands, blades, hammers, and enormous chainswords.

In the upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, you take on the role of a convict turned agent who becomes a devoted servant of the zealous Inquisition. On the aforementioned planet, you will do whatever it takes to destroy the terrible forces and Chaos (and also bring glory and honour to your truly merciless organisation).

Despite the ongoing pandemic, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide remains on course to hit the shelves next year.

There's no denying that Warhammer: Vermintide II was quite an impressive production, so fans of Fatshark's most recent title should definitely keep an eye on Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. While we're still waiting to learn at least a little bit more about the game's core mechanics and systems, take a look at its all-new trailer:
